The Rindge Dam removal project is now in the pre-construction, engineering, and design phase.
On June 12th, 2026, CalTrout staff will be leading a tour of the project, open to the public.You’ll see the dam and key portions of Malibu Creek, hear more about the project, and engage in conversations about how restoring fish passage can unlock crucial habitat, support whole ecosystems, and strengthen connections between rivers and communities. They’re also providing lunch.
