Our very own Mike Robinson has published a new novel this month, heavily inspired by and set within the Santa Monica Mountains.
The Trailcutter is a concoction of character study, eco-lit and mystery. While predominantly fiction, the book draws on Mike’s years of experience volunteering with our trail crew, and mentions the Task Force, the Websters’ history with the trails, and familiar events such as Santa Monica Mountains Trail Days.
Mike plans to hold a book event this summer, where 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the Santa Monica Mountains Task Force! 💚 Hopefully some of you can attend. Date and location are TBD.
